At The Brim naturally led me to people.

I started having conversations with individuals who had faced different kinds of challenges and still chose to move forward. These weren’t structured interviews at the beginning. They were simple conversations driven by curiosity. I wanted to understand how they think. As I kept going, I started noticing patterns.

People weren’t waiting for clarity before taking action. They moved despite confusion. They carried doubt, but didn’t let it stop them. And each person had a distinct way of thinking that shaped how they handled life. That’s what stood out to me the most. The mindset behind the action.

These conversations slowly became more than just reflections. They became a library of inspiration in their own way. A collection of perspectives that had the power to shift how someone sees their own situation.

That’s when Mindleads was born.

It came from the need to go deeper. To not just share stories, but to understand and break down the thinking behind them. To capture how people lead their own minds through uncertainty, pressure, and growth. If At The Brim is about reflection and inspiration, Mindleads is about understanding the minds that create it.

All it takes is one way of thinking to change everything.
